Delta Air Lines will pay a shareholder dividend next quarter, ending a pandemic-time pause that began in March 2020.
In a financial filing Thursday, Delta said it will pay a dividend of 10 cents per share on Aug. 7 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on July 17.
The carrier said the quarterly dividend reflects its progress on its three-year financial plan, including more than $10 billion in debt repayment over the last two years.
In January, Southwest became the first major U.S. airline to restore dividends.
