Sberbank retains plans to allocate 50% of profits to dividends; there are no obstacles to this – Gref

ST. PETERSBURG. June 16 (Interfax) – Sberbank plans to maintain the main principles of profit distribution, and there are no circumstances to date preventing payment of dividends in totaling at least 50% of profits, Sberbank CEO Herman Gref told reporters on the sidelines of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2023.

“Of course, we plan to maintain our dividend policy. I am not ready to announce specific percentage figures at this time, though we wrote in our medium-term strategy that we were targeting 50% of net profit. I do not see it,” Gref said.
