Sberbank to pay at least 50% of annual profit as dividends — Deputy Finance Minister

MOSCOW, February 9. /TASS/. Sberbank will pay 2022 dividends totaling at least 50% of profit, Russia’s Deputy Finance Minister Vladimir Kolychev told reporters.

“Yes, we expect [the dividend payment]. The standard approach set forth in the dividend policy of Sberbank is 50% [of profit]. At least 50%. We will discuss it further,” the official said.

Sberbank does not see constraints for dividend payment in coming years, CEO Herman Gref said earlier.
