The Dow Jones Industrial Average is seeing a selloff Wednesday afternoon with shares of Honeywell and 3M seeing the biggest drops for the blue-chip average. Shares of Honeywell and 3M have contributed to the index’s intraday decline, as the Dow was most recently trading 513 points lower (-1.5%). Honeywell’s shares are down $7.25, or 3.4%, while those of 3M have fallen $3.75, or 3.0%, combining for an approximately 73-point drag on the Dow. IBM Coca-Cola and McDonald’s are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the index results in a 6.59-point swing.
