Dow's 350-point fall led by losses in shares of Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola

Shares of Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola are trading lower Tuesday afternoon, propelling the Dow Jones Industrial Average selloff. Shares of Procter & Gamble PG, -2.96% and Coca-Cola KO, -2.48% have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline, as the Dow DJIA, -0.19% was most recently trading 359 points lower (-1.2%). Procter & Gamble’s shares have dropped $5.24 (3.8%) while those of Coca-Cola are off $2.04, or 3.4%, combining for an approximately 48-point drag on the Dow. Walt Disney DIS, -1.48%, UnitedHealth UNH, -1.26%, and Salesforce Inc. CRM, -0.60% are also contributing significantly to the decline. A $1 move in any of the index’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
