Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ) (STO:NP3) Chief Executive Officer, Andreas Wahlén, recently bought kr230k worth of stock, for kr115 per share. That might not be a big purchase but it only increased their holding by 0.7%, and could be interpreted as a good sign.
The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At NP3 Fastigheter
Notably, that recent purchase by Chief Executive Officer Andreas Wahlén was not the only time they bought NP3 Fastigheter shares this year. They previously made an even bigger purchase of kr790k worth of shares at a price of kr79.00 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of kr112. Because it occurred at a lower valuation, it doesn’t tell us much about whether insiders might find today’s price attractive.

It certainly does suggest a reasonable degree of alignment.
